This
is the smaller Polar Lights
USS Enterprise with the (KAHN) Botany Bay ship.
The
model is a snap together kit. It includes a nice dome base
which holds both ships at the same time.
While
a snap kit, I did fill a few very obvious seams.
I
painted the ship with Tamiya White, and the Botany Bay a
grey color. The nacelle bussard collectors are molded in
clear.
The
kit has an excellent decal sheet.
It's
a good kit for a quick build of the Enterprise. I photographed
it with a black background, so if you drop that in Photoshop,
you can make any far out space nebula background you want
and have a really cool image of your model. (the nebula
image was probably from the Hubble Telescope / JPL / NASA).
