This
is a Jimmy Flintstone custom resin Zoomerang car kit
In
the 1990s, Jimmy Flintstone teamed up with Testors and produced
many resin kits, under their HSO program (HSO = Hobby Shop
Only).
There
were multiple car kits, in several scales, but also some
figure kits. All were resin or multimedia models. The concept
was a great idea because it brought resin kits into a physical
store, rather than a model that would be traditionally ordered
online (usually with a money order).
I
thought this one was cool because it's more of a hot rod,
but with a modern / concept car kind of look. It's definitely
different!

Inside
are the directions, showing a couple
of black & white photos of the real car.
The
metal rod is for the axles.
There's
also a small bit of photoetch.
Other
parts are cast from white metal.
Such
as the exhaust manifold and wheels, with a few other parts.
The
body and chassis, while simple, are cast well.
You
get separate seats, engine, soft top, and a few other parts.
The
tires are rubber and are included.
