  • Spencers Scale Modeling - Huge collection of model car kits and gallery. Especially TV, Movie, and Batmobiles.
  • Starship Modeler - One of the oldest and best website's for information on Scifi kits and modeling.
  • The Glue Crew - WISCONSIN - The "Glue Crew" is an Group of gung-ho individuals in central Wisconsin that share a common interest in building and displaying scale models. We meet once a month, have a short business meeting and the rest of the time is open for telling stories, sharing tips, showing work in progress, and just plain old BS. The club consists of modelers with a variety of interests, including cars, aircraft, ships, armor, and anything else that one can make with plastic.
  • The Model Car List - There are members in this club from all over the world with a multitude of talents. Some of the best Automotive Modeling journalists are here along with some of the world's best car modelers. If you'll notice, we said, "club". That's because the ModelCarList is more than an email list...it's actually an online club. We try to hook up with each other at shows and contests whenever we can.

  • Building Better Scale Model cars and Trucks - Detailing Tips and Tricks - Book includes a lot of information about car models detailing. The book starts from the needed tools, and includes concise but good description of the systems on a car (engine, electric, brakes, etc.).
    Then it includes tips for detailing of the engine, exteriors, interiors, chassis, wheels, etc., together with photos of both models in construction and finished ones. Pat Covert is one of the premier model builders of our time.
