Adam's Truck Stop for the Model Truck Builder

Peterbilt 378 Wrecker. Well It was time to build another Wrecker.

First I started with the interior. I scratch built a custom center console with built in DVD player cub holders and TV. I covered the doors on the console with a sticky backed brushed aluminum sheet. I then opened the glove box and added a carton of cigs. Next I started on the chassis and body I needed to added 1/2 inch to the chassis to fit the wrecker body.

I also came to find out I need to move the tank mounts forward. Later I discovered I needed to modify the exhaust. I decided on a copper and black Plastikote paint scheme. Custom made mofugger Tanks, Breathers, and new curved bumper.

This conversion really went well only snags where my fault for not noticing the exhaust problem and having to fix it in the last minutes of the build.

The Decals I made my self I chose a chrome lettering. Frustrated towing worked great. The phone number on the door is a joke NASCAR fans should get it.
