I
pretty much built this one stock out of the box. The paint
is Testors Gloss Red. The front axle I flipped upside down,
because to me, it sat way to low in the front. Flipping
the axle leveled the truck out.
This is a good kit if you want a couple of nice ladders
too since they are detachable. The coke machine is a resin
Jimmy Flintstone item.
This
version of the Fire Iron has the parts plated with a brass,
rather than a chome finish.
I
painted it with Testors Gloss Yellow. This kit comes with
a bunch of loose woden barrels for the back, kind of neat.
The
gas tanks are "aluminum" beer kegs, if you ever
need a kegger for another project.
Walmart
released a similar kit to this, only they called it an RC
Cola truck, and molded it in blue with RC decals.
Tom Daniel's
Hangman Model Kit
A
Tom Daniel's 1/24 Monogram
Hangmankit. A simple model, but a neat subject.
I added several parts, like the chrome gas tanks, chrome
headers, and other chrome parts to spice it up some.
The lights on top I added. It is painted a Tamiya Metallic
Red.
