RevellNash
Bridges Cuda' convertible. The first issue boxes had Nash's
picture on the box, but later versions did not, the image
/ box cover was changed for some reason.
I
looks to me like they photographed a stand-in body, and photoshopped
Don Johnson's head/face onto it. I say this because the proportions
on the body and head just don't seem to match. Or maybe it's
the camera angle?
Anyway,
it's a good kit. Some conversions may be needed, the kit is
a 4-speed, the TV cars were an automatic.
Below
are the decals, showing you can still build a stock Hemi cuda
out of the kit. (# 15 and 16 are white "GT Radial"
decals for the tires).
Dodge
Challenger & Plymouth Barracuda - Designed by Chrysler,
the Plymouth Barracuda and Dodge Challenger went on to become
two of the most revered muscle cars. Modern color photos
of the finest Barracudas and Challengers in existence are accompanied
by the cars design and production histories. All drive train,
special package, and engine options are detailed, and readers
get the whole low-down on legendary power plants.
Hemi
Muscle Cars - Chrysler's Hemi-powered muscle cars were quite
arguably the most coveted and outrageous vehicles ever unleashed
on American streets. During the height of the muscle car era,
fire breathing Hemi V-8 engines set performance standards that
all other manufacturers desperately attempted, but miserably failed,
to attain. Featuring a gallery of all-new color photography
by veteran MBI author Robert Genat, this history of Chrysler's
Hemi muscle cars focuses on production automobiles like the Road
Runner, Charger, Challenger, Super Bee, Super Bird, and Barracuda,
but also includes coverage of the motorsport Hemi's that dominated
NHRA drag strips and NASCAR ovals.
Hemi
- This book is the definitive history of the Hemi engine. With
a well laid out format, and wonderful rare photos and diagrams,
the reader will learn all there is to know about the technical
history of the mighty motor . This book is a must for the Mopar
fanatic!
Nash
Bridges - Nash is a smart-alecky police inspector (Don Johnson)
who's seen fighting crime on the streets of San Francisco, while
driving around in his screaming yellow 70ish Plymouth Hemi Barracuda.
He's the typical super-cop on the beat, who always wins in the
end. Unfortunately, his personal relationships leave much to be
desired. He has two ex-wives, a 16-year-old daughter needing a
lot of supervision, and a father with Alzheimer's disease who
keeps getting kicked out of retirement homes and dropping by to
visit.
