kenworth model truck

An AMT Movin' On Kenworth truck kit. I did not build it like the truck in the show, but painted it an automotive metallic blue with Testors clear.

Below -

Is an AMT race trailer kit that I did. Primarily is was done out of the box and stock.

Nascar Transporters

  • Nascar Transporters - NASCAR Transporters" gives a very good look inside all those trailers you see at the races. Lots of color photos are included with descriptive text. While no costs for these fully equipped trailers are included, the reader is given plenty of background information on the trailers, packing order, optional equipment and planning. This book is a great primer for those interested in making a large car hauler.
  • Kenworth: The First 75 Years - This is one of the most exciting truck books to be published in a long time...Great photos and detailed, yet easy-to-read text inform the reader about Kenworth activities in not just the U.S., but also China, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South America and Africa....This is a "must-have" book for any collector of trucking history, and a great book for insights on what made American trucks the standard for the rest of the world to follow.
  • Classic American Semi Truck - If American Iron is your bag, especially 1960's through 1980's then it does not get much better than this. There is a brief history and some excellent classic trucks going back to the thirties, but mostly the late 50's onwards dominate this book, especially sixties, seventies, and eighties.. Popular classics are well represented, e.g. Kenworth A and B models, all the Macks, Peterbilt, Diamond T , Autocar, Marmon, Dodge Bighorn, Western Star, Freightliner Powerliner and even the DF400 International.
  • Delivery Trucks - If a picture is worth a thousand words, this massive photographic reference is everything that truck enthusiasts and Chevy fans could want. Truck aficionado Don Bunn has scoured collections throughout the United States to come up with more than 1,000 photographs representing virtually every light-, medium-, and heavy-duty model Chevy has ever built. From the little Chevy LUV to cement mixers, all of photographs come with detailed captions that combine to tell the complete story behind Chevrolet trucks.
