This
is a Monogram large scale
1969 Camaro. The paint is automotive Metallic Blue, with a
coat of Testors Clear
Coat. The interior is a lighter shade of an automotive metallic
blue.
The
kit can be built 2 ways, and has some extra parts. I chose
the street racer version.
I
opened up the carbs and even drilled holes in the cross-intake,
so you could look down and see right into the engine block.
But
for the most part, minus some improvements, it is built right
out of the box.

Restoration Handbook: Ground-Up or Sectional Restoration Tips
and Techniques for 1967 to 1981 Camaros. All Models Included
- This book provides a very complete and easily used reference
on Camaro part numbers, options packages, and tips for show-quality
restorations. It greatly aids planning on a "real" restoration

providing enough information to identify virtually every part
in the car. For example, it provides decoding information for
the numeric stamp on Camaro transmissions (which is otherwise
unintelligible). It also provides a large number of B&W
photos and diagrams of parts and assemblies.
