David R. is the proud owner of a 1971 F100 that he has owned for 9 years. It went through a total restoration the summer of 2000. With new paint, custom interior, and aluminum directional wheels.
It has been to 15 shows and brought home 12 trophies. Not bad for an outdoor resto (no garage).

It is a custom with the explorer package, p/s a/c and a little extra chrome. It is called PA PA's pickup, as named by his grandchildren the day he brought it home. It has a built 351W with an FMX auto.

The truck with Mountain backdrop was taken 1986. The other is from 1995. The truck and trailer photo was taken near Keremeos British Columbia.

I purchased the truck new with .8Km on it, May29th 1978 for $6200.00. I changed engines in 1990 when the 400M wore out with 317,000 Km on it. I replaced it with a 429CJ from a 70 Torino.

The engine at that time had well over 200,000 Miles on it. I rebuilt the heads with hardened valves to accommodate un-leaded gas. That's all I've done to the engine. The truck now has 427,000 Km on it and still going strong.

You should notice on the photo with the trailer that the color scheme of the truck matches the trailer. I got the trailer for a vacation to drive about 4,000 miles,so before we left I painted the trailer to match the truck. I get tons of compliments about the unit when we are traveling.

This is Oscar B's 1969 F100 Ranger his father bought it new in 1969. It has been in the family since new, and he lives in MO. It has been to several shows.

It has the original paint and drive train and it has over a 100 lights on it. It really lights up the road at night.
