As
the owner of the Rocketfin website, I have been a lifelong
Modeler. Ever since building my first model way back in
the late 1960's, a Monogram Skyraider prop plane, I've been
a plastic Modeler.
My first car kit was an AMT Deora. From then on, I've probably
built 500+ models in my lifetime. Everything from cars,
trucks, ships, scifi, aircraft, figures, you name it.
In through the 1970's I built primarily cars and Scifi subjects.
The 1980's was pretty much cars. The 1990's was heavy on
cars, aircraft, and my new favorite theme: TV / Movie /
Special Effects subjects. Since the turn of the century
in 2000, it's anything goes.
My
passion for plastic ( and now resin! ) fuels Rocketfin Hobbies.
